BIOGRAPHY

Steve is an energetic, results-oriented global senior finance executive with a strong operational background and a demonstrated ability to drive long-term sustainable improvements.

Prior to joining Issues Management Group, Steve was the Executive Vice President of Finance for Blueport Commerce, the Senior Financial Director at i-parcel and VP Finance and Operations at Karmaloop.  He spent over ten years working with high growth companies in the e-commerce space.  I-parcel is an international e-commerce air express and technology company offering leading edge technology coupled with highly economical international delivery services. Karmaloop is a multi-platform web retailer specializing in global urban fashion.

Prior to Karmaloop, Steve served as CFO for Warrior Sports where he helped guide the business through tremendous growth fueled by acquisition and organic growth.  Warrior Sports is a wholly owned subsidiary of New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. and is recognized for its high-performance, cutting-edge equipment for lacrosse and hockey athletes. Steve led several acquisitions during his tenure at Warrior and successfully integrated these acquisitions into the business.

Prior to Warrior Sports, Steve held various positions of increasing responsibility at New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc., with his most recent position being Corporate Controller.

An avid sports fan, Steve enjoys golfing and skiing with his family. He treasures time with his wife, three kids and two dogs. Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.
