BIOGRAPHY

Rachael Dane is an accomplished communications professional with 18 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and executive leadership across academic, legal, and public sectors. Her work has included leading rebranding initiatives and developing proactive and crisis communication materials to reach key audiences.

Before joining IMG, Rachael was at Harvard University where she served as the Director of Media Relations & Communications, advising senior leadership on strategic communications and crisis management. Rachael’s experience also includes roles on the internal communications teams for both Northeastern University and Ropes & Gray, LLC.

Rachael’s expertise extends to political communications, having served as Chief Speechwriter and Deputy Press Secretary for Governor Deval Patrick, and as the Director of Communications in the Executive Office of Education and Deputy Director of Communications in the Executive Office of Administration and Finance.
